What you bring
You close the deals and deliver the installs — we make sure your team knows exactly what to do with every lead.
- Your closer runs the callsYour closer (we helped source them, you employ them) runs the OpenSolar proposal calls and gets deals over the line.
- Commit to the video contentBook in the shoots and get us the raw footage — through your own videographer or our video partner. We write the scripts and work with your team on the edit.
- Home surveys when neededThe ability to attend a home survey on the rare warm lead who asks for one after seeing their proposal and price — they're all-but-signed at that point.
- Deliver the installsInstallation, workmanship, warranties and the teams to fulfil the work.
- Fund the ad spendYou cover the advertising budget; we manage where it goes and report on it.
- Full pipeline visibilityRead access to the CRM and sales pipeline — appointments, proposals and closes — with installs reported as they complete.
- Full financial visibilitySight of the real figures behind each deal — revenue, costs and expenses — so net profit is transparent. As it's a 20% share of net, we need to see clearly what makes up that number.

We assist — we don't close, and we're not accountable for your staff. We'll help source and recruit the sales talent you need and support the hiring process, but we can't guarantee placements, and we don't run or close your sales. Your closer closes; your team delivers. We arm them with the leads, the systems and the training to win.
