The biggest fixable leak: 57 leads replied positively (interested — sent their address, usage, "yes", asked for a quote), but only 66 received a proposal (from Kurt or John — this now counts emailed quotes too). That leaves 14 engaged leads who got no proposal and no price at all. Click the red "Positive reply — NO proposal sent" bar to list all 14 by name — that's the call sheet. (Leads where a quote/price was actually sent, even by email, or where the customer said they'd seen the price, have been removed from this list.)

Also: 3 deals are known sold, but the CRM shows 0 at "Signed Contract" — the wins were never marked.

The problem: 71 opportunities have been deleted from the Solar Pipeline — that's your missing 47%. Deletions happen in bulk on specific days (see below), wiping out leads that were mid-conversation, had surveys booked, or received proposals. Example: Olumuyiwa Sofeso — created 30 May, survey booked 15 Jun, deleted 8 Jul while still active.

Who deleted them? The GHL API does not expose the actor on deletion events (all show no user). The definitive record is in GHL → Settings → Audit Logs (UI only) — check the bulk-delete dates below against that log to name the person or automation for your accountability call.

Two different problems: some failures are bad lead data (dead numbers, landlines) — those leads were never reachable and inflate the "lead" count. But a large share are Eco2's own sending config — a "From" number that isn't SMS-capable and an account that was locked. Those aren't bad leads; they're setup issues costing real reach. Fix the sending number/account and a chunk of "dead" leads come back to life.
