Depending on the size and complexity of your property this takes around 3–4 hours and costs £250 + VAT.
If you proceed with your installation through Gas Tech Heating Ltd MCS, the full £250 + VAT is credited towards your installation — so it isn't an additional cost. Under our Heat Geek umbrella scheme, it's refunded if you decide not to go ahead.
Afterwards we complete your system design and provide a tailored installation proposal with our recommendation for your property.
If your property meets the eligibility requirements for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, we'll guide you through the process and handle the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
